IQC inspects all incoming materials through automatic tester such as RoHS to ensure material quality at source and comply with international AQL level.
Equipped with professional IPQC positions to strictly control the production process.
Set up QC positions for final inspection, and conduct AQL level inspection of final assembled products again.
There are special QC positions at the end of each assembly line to ensure that the appearance and function of the product are 100% tested before the production line.
